Typically we will need about two weeks minimum lead time for a small fleet operator (1-4 vehicles) and up to four weeks for larger fleets.

Fax us copies of everything you have sent to your current insurance company/broker and we will contact you regarding additional information we might need. The most critical information that we need is your currently valued (this means they must be printed by the insurance company within 30 days of the day you send them to us) loss runs for each of the past 3 years plus the current year.   

In addition to the loss runs we will need the following: 

1)     a current vehicle schedule showing the values to be insured for, seating capacity, year, make and model.

2)     a current list of all drivers including their date of birth, driver's license number, years of driving experience and date of hire along with their current pull notice (MVR)
